NORTH ADAMS, MASS. — Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts’ (MCLA) Office of Admission announces it will hold an information session and tours of the campus on Saturday, July 16, beginning at 11 a.m. in the Atrium at the Feigenbaum Center for Science and Innovation, on the MCLA campus.

Those interested in enrolling this fall as incoming freshmen or transfer students, as well as those who would like to complete their bachelor’s degree through MCLA's Degree Completion Program, are encouraged to attend this event, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Admissions counselors and advisers will be available to speak with those interested in attending MCLA. Students who are interested in transferring to MCLA should bring copies of transcripts from their previous institutions for an evaluation, which will expedite the admission process.

In addition to touring the campus, participants will learn more about MCLA’s more than 50 programs of study, including those in the arts, athletic training, education, business, the sciences, technology, and many more.

MCLA is still accepting applications for the fall semester. Classes begin on Wednesday, Sept. 7.

Those who would like to complete their bachelor’s degree may do so at MCLA in as quickly as two years through classes offered one night per week. Classes incorporate both face-to-face and online instruction, and financial aid is available to those who qualify.

In addition to prior credits earned, work and life experience may be applied. Additional credits may be applied through the College Level Examination Program (CLEP).

MCLA offers three degree completion programs – a Bachelor of Science in business administration, and Bachelor of Arts degrees in interdisciplinary studies with a focus on either “leadership and business” or “children, families and society,” which is designed for early childhood educators.

Appointments may be made by calling the Office of Admission. Those who need more information and would like their questions answered over the phone should call Admission, (413) 662-5410, or go to
