LIVING AND LEARNING COMMUNITY

Entering freshmen in the honors program have the opportunity to choose honors housing and be part of a “living and learning community.” By choosing to live with other honors students, they are able to form early bonds with other program members and participate in programming that will be held in the residence hall such as writing and research workshops, “pizza and a prof” (time with members of the honors faculty), move in a day early with assistance, extra advising, and social activities. Housing is limited, so will be awarded on a first come first served basis.
