Student Financial Services

Financial Aid Office

We recognize that college is a major investment for students and their families. Through state, federal, and institutional programs, MCLA offers financial aid to students who qualify.

When you complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) you automatically apply for a wide range of state, federal, and MCLA assistance, such as Pell Grants, Supplemental Education Opportunity Grants, MASS Grants, the College Work Study Program, Perkins Loans, and Federal Direct Student Loans. You can learn more about how to apply for financial aid here.

If you haven't already, review the estimated annual costs to attend MCLA. Especially given the opportunities a quality MCLA education provides, it's surprisingly affordable.

We are pleased to announce the creation of the Office of Student Financial Services, which combines the offices of Financial Aid and Student Accounts! This exciting opportunity addresses services relating to the most pressing financial concerns of our students and their families. This new venture will allow us to provide a more seamless experience for students and families between the two departments and ensure that they are able to successfully complete all stages of applying for federal and state financial aid, obtaining aid, processing student refunds, and processing payments to their student account. This combined effort will enhance our ability to counsel students on the financial aid process, provide information about funding, and service as point of contact for student account-related questions. Student Financial Services is located on the lobby level of Eldridge Hall (same location of Financial Aid and Student Accounts).
