Theresa O'Bryant began work at MCLA in 2006. Initially, she served in various dean roles in the Division of Student Affairs. In 2019, she assumed leadership of the CSSE team. Dean O'Bryant is an alum of MCLA, earning a bachelors degree in business administration. Dean O'Bryant also earned an MBA from Western New England University and Juris Doctorate from Northeastern University School of Law. She is originally from Mattapan, Massachusetts and currently lives in the town of Adams with her son Joseph.

Jennifer Alibozek joined MCLA (then North Adams State College) in 1985, after earning an Associate’s degree from Berkshire Community College. Jennifer has been providing key administrative support to CSSE since 1993. She is a central source of important information about MCLA. Over the years, Jennifer has been recognized for her valuable service to MCLA. She is a past recipient of both the MCLA Faculty Association award, and the AFSCME Unit Member Distinguished Service award. Jennifer is the proud parent of two MCLA alums, Amanda '2011 and Ben '2014. Her favorite pastime is spoiling her grandson Colt.

Sarah joins us as the Success Coach in the Center for Student Success and Engagement. Sarah, a member of the MCLA class of 2018, earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology minoring in Cross Cultural & Social Justice Studies, Leadership, and Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. During her time at MCLA, Sarah served in a variety of student leadership roles including: Peer Advisor, Resident Advisor, and Admissions Ambassador. Since her MCLA graduation, Sarah served as Residence Hall Director at SUNY, Delhi. From her SUNY Delhi role, in addition to the community building skills of a residence hall director, she brings added experience in Academic Advising and Diversity and Inclusion professional development.

Charlotte joined the CSSE team in October 2017. She received her M.Ed. in Counseling and College Student Affairs from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. Before coming to MCLA, she worked in career development at Georgia College and State University. In her current role, she advises undeclared students and connects them with majors they are excited about. Outside of work, she can be found cuddling with her Pomeranian, Gus, watching scary movies, or enjoying the beautiful Berkshire outdoors.

Cindy MacDonald is an alum of MCLA and also holds a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Springfield College. Prior to working in higher education she worked in public vocational rehabilitation, community mental health and in developmental disability services. She has worked in higher education and specifically in the area of disability services for over eight years. While at Holyoke Community College, Cindy worked as the college’s Certifying Official and Coordinator of Veteran's Services. In 2014 she was the recipient of the 29 Who Shine Award presented by the Massachusetts Department of Higher Education. She currently serves as clerk of the Board of Directors for MassHires Career Center. In her free time Cindy enjoys being outdoors with her two golden retrievers. She also loves to read and absorb the sunshine.

Anthony Napolitano joined CSSE in November of 2017. He is a lifelong resident of Vermont. Anthony holds a Master’s Degree in Education from the College of Saint Rose in Albany, New York and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Vermont in Burlington, Vermont. The aspect of his profession which he finds the most gratifying is helping students transition into professionals ready to enter the workforce. Anthony enjoys the outdoors and his greatest passions lie in running, fishing, reading, and spending time with family.

Michael Obasohan is the Associate Director for College Readiness and Success. Michael previously worked as our Assistant Director of Diversity Programs and Multicultural Education and as an Adjunct faculty member here at MCLA. Immediately prior to returning to MCLA in 2020, Michael worked as the Academic Counselor in the TRIO Student Support Services Program at Berkshire Community College. He received his Master of Science degree from Bay Path University in Higher Education General Administration, a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and his Bachelor of Arts Management degree from MCLA. He lives in North Adams.

Andrea joins the CSSE team as the Accessibility Specialist for Disability Resources. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Disability Studies at CUNY School of Professional Studies and is currently working on her Master of Science in Disability Services in Higher Education at CUNY. At MCLA, Andrea oversees accommodated testing, assistive technology and accessibility, and the notetaker program. In her free time, Andrea enjoys reading, camping, and being outside.

Donna Poulton has worked in Academic Support at MCLA for 21 years. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Berkshire Community College. She oversees the Tutor Exchange Network (TEN) and provides general support to CSSE. Donna enjoys working with students and has established some long lasting friendships with them. Her greatest achievement in life was becoming a mom to her daughter Rebecca. Donna enjoys volunteering with various youth organizations in the community.

Cassie joined the CSSE team in September 2019. She earned a Bachelor's degree from MCLA in Interdisciplinary Studies. Cassie also earned an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Berkshire Community College. Before working at MCLA, Cassie taught preschool for over ten years and also worked in higher education providing support to students to complete their academic programs. Cassie coordinates academic support for all students, overseeing the Tutor and Supplemental Instruction programs. Outside of work, you will find Cassie busy with her three children.
