Approximately 85% of our students receive some form of financial assistance, primarily a combination of grants, loans, and part-time employment. There are also a number of alternative loan and payment plans that let you take advantage of an incredible education - without incurring incredible debt.

* The New England Board of Higher Education (NEBHE) provides an 85% tuition reduction for MCLA students from the following states, a savings of approximately $8,400 per year.

Eligibility

To be eligible for any of these programs, you must:

- Reside in the state
- Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Be a full-time student

Priority is given to students who reside on campus. First-year students are eligible for four years of full-time undergraduate enrollment. Transfer students are eligible for the additional semesters needed to complete one undergraduate degree at MCLA.

In addition to these reductions, you can also qualify for merit scholarships and receive need-based financial aid.

How to Apply for Aid

MCLA requires the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

- Complete the FAFSA beginning October 1
- Sign your FAFSA with a Federal Student Aid PIN. (Apply for FSAID)
