Leadership Academy Cost & Aid
The MCLA Leadership Academy provides a cost effective option for experienced educators to step into administrative roles through a rigorous, job-embedded program that balances theory, practice, and professional growth.
Leadership academy program costs
The estimated costs for the 2027 Leadership Academy listed below are provided for student financial planning, and these estimates are based on the 2026-27 set tuition and fees. In addition to the estimated per credit tuition and college fees, students pay fees associated with the summer residency, the weekend residencies, and the field supervision. Residency fees cover special events, guest speakers and meals for students during the residencies. Housing is not included, and we encourage students to live on campus at a cost of approximately $60/night. These prices (dated 09/2026) are subject to change based on annual approval by the MCLA Administration and the MCLA Board of Trustees. The actual costs for the 2027 Leadership Academy will be posted when they are set and approved on or around July 1, 2027.
Leadership Academy tuition and fees are not eligible for federal financial aid. Alternative student loan options are available.
