On-campus tours and events will follow the MCLA Visitor Mask Policy:
MCLA requires all visitors, regardless of vaccination status, to be masked in all indoor spaces. Please note, our student tour guides will be masked the entire time as well. This policy is necessary to begin the semester based on the latest data and information surrounding the Delta variant. As with all our COVID-19 protocols, this is subject to change, based on prevailing public health data and best practices. Please stay home if you are sick or have symptoms. MCLA reserves the right to cancel or make other last minute programming changes due to emerging state and local guidance.

MCLA welcomes high school counselors, teachers, students, and community based organizations to visit our campus in-person or virtually. 

General Group Tour Guidelines

  • Complete and Submit our Group Tour Request form.
  • Please indicate if you wish to come to campus or do a counselor led virtual tour. For on-campus tours, please review MCLA's visitor mask policy above.
  • Request must be submitted at least 2 week prior to visit.
  • While we do not have a a maximum number of visitors, we ask that for every 10 students, there is one chaperone.
  • We are only able to accommodate one group per day, so please provide an alternative date.
  • Any changes to a group tour request must be made by email to Oscar Castro at Oscar.Castro@mcla.edu within 5 business days of scheduled visit.
  • Cancellations must be communicated with the Office of Admission at least 2 days prior to visit.
  • If your group is experiencing technical difficulties, please notify Oscar Castro via email at oscar.castro@mcla.edu . If more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to alter the program.
  • Tours are not available on weekends or holidays when MCLA is closed. We also may not be able to accommodate group visits during busy periods, such as school vacation weeks or during large virtual campus events.
