Mr. Snyder is currently the Director for Administrative Services for Facilities and Campus Services, which includes Facilities Management (Physical Plant), Campus Planning, Design and Construction Management, Transportation (PVTA), and Parking Services at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He serves as a strategic partner to the Associate Vice Chancellor, Directors, and Managers to define, support, and implement comprehensive, long-range strategic plans for Facilities and Campus Services. Mr. Snyder ensures that Facilities and Campus Services is a proactive, campus leader in implementing new and innovative financial analyses and organizational strategies to maximize all resources. In this role, he manages the areas of budget and finance, human resources, customer services, contracts, and inventory.
